Grand Welcome Rehoboth & Bethany Beach is owned and operated by Todd Sneidman. Todd earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science/Sports Medicine and worked in Orthopedics for over 22 years.  Starting as a sales representative, he made upward progress in the Orthopedics space, going on to hold a VP position. Todd currently owns and operates, Sneidman Orthopedic Services, an independent distributor for PA and WV.  Todd transformed his successful career and took on a new venture with Grand Welcome. 

Todd has been married to his wonderful wife, Michelle, for over 31 years. The pair is very involved in the local area real estate. For over 23 years, Michelle has been an extremely accomplished realtor in the area. Todd is also a licensed agent in both Pennsylvania and Delaware.  Together, they have two children, Trent, 28, and Taylor, 24, and a dog, Cooper, 13. Outside of work, Todd enjoys golfing, boating, working out and going hiking with Michelle.
